Pluses: Quiet, smooth, comfortable, solid, good programs. Minuses: Pedals, games only work in manual mode. There are 2 20 min, 7 30 min, and 1 45 min programs, plus manual mode. The programs are really nice as they provide a warmup and warmdown. I seldom do a warmdown on my own, so I like that the program takes me through one. The stock pedals are not suited for a recumbent. Normal "grippy" pedals and rubber soled shoes are a must to prevent your feet from slipping. The seating position and comfort are fantastic. To move the bike, you must lift the rear end fairly high, but it is not heavy and rolls easily. You need to hold the HRM lead firmly to get a good reading. Nice seat adjuster and range. My tip: Do what the programs tell you to, and you will feel great. I do.
